Week 6: Caleb Williams, Oklahoma
/University of Oklahoma quarterback Caleb Williams, who played at Gonzaga College High School in Northwest Washington, has been named the DC Touchdown Club Washington Metro College Football Player of the Week.
Williams, a freshman, came off the bench in the second quarter and completed 16 of 25 passes for 212 yards and two touchdowns and rushed four times for 88 yards and one score, rallying the Sooners to a 55-48 win over Texas in the Red River Showdown.
